About Souad El Badawy
My name is Souad El Badawy, and I have been working in the real estate industry for more than 25 years.
I started my journey in Egypt in 1997 as a real estate business owner, where I worked closely with buyers, investors, and developers until 2003. Later, I established and managed a real estate company in the United Arab Emirates, where I continued operating until 2022.
After returning to Egypt, I founded my own real estate business again and continued serving clients in one of the region's most dynamic property markets.
The idea behind AskProperty Pro started from a simple observation: many buyers enter the real estate market relying only on advertisements, sales presentations, or broker recommendations, without conducting a real comparison between projects, analyzing the developer's track record, or evaluating potential risks.
This often leads to confusion, poor investment decisions, and unnecessary financial risks.
That is why AskProperty Pro was created.
AskProperty Pro is not a brokerage company and does not exist to sell properties. It is an independent real estate advisory platform designed to help buyers and investors understand their options, compare projects objectively, evaluate risks, and make informed decisions based on data and facts rather than sales pressure.
