Are you a real estate agency?

No. We are an independent advisory firm. We do not list properties, we do not represent developers, and we do not take sales commissions. Our only loyalty is to you, the buyer.

Why should I pay for advice when brokers give it for free?

Brokers are paid by developers to sell you a property. Their advice is naturally biased toward the projects that pay the highest commission. We charge a fee so that we can remain 100% objective and tell you the "ugly truth" that a broker might hide.

What kind of data do you use?

We use official government transaction records, historical price data, developer performance audits, infrastructure planning maps, and proprietary market supply/demand metrics.

Can you help me negotiate a better price?

Yes. As part of our consultation, we provide you with data-backed valuation reports that you can use as leverage to ensure you are paying a fair market price, not an inflated "marketing price."

How long does a custom report take?

Typically, a Comprehensive Analysis report takes 3-5 business days to complete, as it involves manual verification and data collation by our senior analysts.
